Larysa Kupriychuk B.Mus. M.Mus

Larysa Kupriychuk is a highly experienced violin educator with more than 40 years of teaching experience. A graduate of the S. Prokofiev Conservatory of Music in Donetsk, Ukraine, she has guided students of many ages and levels since beginning her teaching career in 1983. The Royal Conservatory of Music has recognized her longstanding contribution as an exemplary teacher.

Larysa’s teaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, including posture, intonation, tone quality, and purposeful practice. She adapts her methods to each student’s needs and uses clear goals, constructive feedback, and measurable progress to build both technical proficiency and a genuine connection to music. Her lessons are structured, positive, and encouraging, helping students understand that musicianship is an evolving craft developed through consistency and dedication. Outside the studio, Larysa enjoys gardening, fashion, and interior design.
