OUR TEACHERS

We offer private wind-instrument lessons for saxophone, flute, clarinet, trumpet, and oboe. Lessons are recommended for students ages ten and up, although the ideal starting age may vary depending on the instrument and the student’s physical readiness. Adult students of all levels are also welcome, whether they are learning for the first time, returning to an instrument, or continuing their musical development.

Students must have access to their own instrument for practice at home. A method book and additional accessories may also be required. We recommend waiting until after the first lesson to purchase these items so the teacher can assess the student’s needs and recommend the appropriate instrument, book, and supplies.

Saxophone, flute, clarinet, trumpet, and oboe students can begin with a trial lesson. If it feels like the right fit, they can continue by enrolling in one of our ongoing programs.
