Piano

Michael Zuzek is a pianist, songwriter, performer, and educator with more than 17 years of piano experience. He holds an honours Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Minor in Music from Queen’s University, bringing both analytical discipline and artistic sensitivity to his teaching. As a recording artist, Michael has released charting singles, earned more than 100,000 streams for his debut album, and received nominations for independent songwriting and artist awards.

Michael teaches with empathy, encouragement, and a focus on helping students enjoy the learning process. Drawing on his own early experiences as a piano student, he adapts lessons to each learner’s strengths, personality, and interests, helping them build confidence both musically and personally. Outside the studio, Michael works on his family’s cherry farm, runs a weekly
basketball league, and enjoys celebrating his Croatian and Slovenian heritage through music, culture, and community.
